The highly publicized “Tinder Swindler” is about one type of romance scam that brought a lot of attention to these life-changing and horrendous acts of fraud. In this condensed audio version of my  book, “How To Avoid Romance Scams: Exposing the Thieves’ Secret Weapons and Tactics ” reveals numerous versions of this crime and then digs deeper, decoding what causes some people to get caught in these romantic and dating deceptions and sometimes even leads them to reoccur. It explores the real reasons behind why people give great sums of money to total strangers, bleeding their bank accounts and causing them mental anguish on top of financial ruin.

Simply revealing that many people are defrauded, does nothing to help them or anybody else. I found it important to investigate why so many are victimized and to expose the thieves’ modes of operation, tactics and weapons.  You will learn why and how so many romance scam attempts prove successful. Delving deep into the minds of predators and victims, it uncovers motives and vulnerabilities. Readers are given essential red-flag warnings, which are commonly overlooked or ignored by those who end up both emotionally and financially broken. It also offers other solutions to this growing problem.

Falling victim and losing money to a romance scam is not the only harmful effect of these crimes. The attempt, alone, can be unsettling to those targeted. Although I cut off contact quickly with those questionable matches made on dating sites and didn’t send them any money, it was, still, terribly upsetting to receive these strangers’ manipulative messages and be a chosen target of their attempts to defraud. Why? I was a single woman, searching for a compatible partner, only to find that many who contacted me were not on the dating site seeking love or companionship.

I am very proud of “How To Avoid Romance Scams” because it provides a more complete picture of the problem than what many are aware of. My desire is to try to alleviate the continued devastating effects of these fraudulent acts and help stop the growing number of bankrupt hearts and empty bank accounts. This information is shared to help protect those looking for love from being exploited with evil intent.

This much-needed information will show how to not be a victim and move from romantic insecurity to preserve your financial security.
